Agreement
By using gateway-nodecore.digital or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Services
We provide trade marketing advisory and coordination services related to retail media planning, in-store activation support, trade promotion design, category storytelling, field briefing, and retailer alignment workshops. Scope, fees, and timelines for paid work are set in a separate written proposal or statement of work.
Informational pricing
Any pricing discussed on this site or in preliminary conversations is informational only. This website does not process payments or complete checkout. Binding commercial terms appear only in signed documents.
Website use
You may browse and share public pages for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape in a way that degrades service, misuse contact forms, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and materials we create remain our property unless a statement of work assigns specific deliverables to you. Client-provided materials remain the client’s property. You grant us a limited licence to use those materials as needed to deliver the engagement.
Confidentiality
Both parties should treat non-public commercial information shared during an engagement as confidential and use it only for the agreed work, except where disclosure is required by law.
No guarantees of commercial results
Retail outcomes depend on retailer decisions, stock, competitor activity, and execution by third parties. We provide professional coordination and advice; we do not guarantee sell-out, media performance targets, or retailer acceptance of proposals.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for claims arising from website use or services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Bangkok unless parties agree otherwise in writing.
